As part of that career, he found himself in some of the world's most challenging countries and environments where terrorism and civil unrest were constants.
Later, he moved to International Motorsports, more specifically Formula One, taking part in over 500 high-pressure pit-stops.
In his spare time, McMillan has climbed in the Himalayas thirteen times, three times on 8000m mountains and many more 6000m & 7000m peaks.
In 2011, David McMillan committed himself to becoming a personal performance coach. He formed Aspire, set about training formally, and today, fully-qualified, he enjoys helping others maximise their absolute potential.
