Typically, our processes begin with an initial face-to-face consultation, although on occasion, we have relied on Zoom video conferencing for first-stage engagement. Flexibility, wherever possible – driven by client availability – is the normal.

Client needs vary greatly, with some parties requiring a single consultation and a monthly follow-up. At the other end of the spectrum, Aspire has clients whom we support every week, the optimal strategy for client success being defined through open discussion and review.
