Typically, our processes begin with an initial face-to-face consultation, although on occasion, we have relied on Skype video conferencing for first-stage engagement. Flexibility, wherever possible – driven by client availability – is the normal.
Client needs vary greatly, with some parties requiring a single consultation and a follow-up six months later. At the other end of the spectrum, Aspire has clients whom we support every week, the optimal strategy for client success being defined through open discussion and review.
